Dr. Patel has cared for lung and sleep patients in Princeton for more than thirty years. He sees patients at the Mercer Street office, reads every breathing test and sleep study himself, and cares for hospitalized patients at three area hospitals.

About the clinic

Lung Disease & Sleep Disorder Clinic

We are an independent pulmonary and sleep medicine practice at 1155 Mercer Street in Princeton, West Virginia, serving Mercer County and the surrounding counties of southern West Virginia and southwest Virginia.

Breathing tests are done here in the office, and overnight sleep studies are performed in our own sleep lab — four sound-insulated, temperature-controlled bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Home sleep testing is available when it's the right fit.

When a patient needs to be in the hospital, Dr. Patel cares for them at WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital, Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, and Welch Community Hospital.
